Registration - individual

When you enrol, this includes:

• Start fee for the ABSoluut Gent 10 Mijl (28€) or 5 Mijl (18€)  
• Personalised race number with your name, delivered to your address by post for registrations till 31 August 2022. Registrations as from 1 September can be collected in the Topsporthal. 
• Time registration
• Snacks and drinks during the run
• Finisher medal
• After-event with concert
• Showers and bag deposit

ALL registrations are online, including the registrations on 18 September 2022 ! 

There are also some extras for you to purchase:

• ABSoluut Gent 10 Mijl T-shirt (15 €)

• On-site breakfast box for runners, put together by our sports nutritionist (12.5 €/person)

A breakfast box catered to the specific needs of runners, containing a warm beverage (coffee or tea), a healthy drink, chocolate milk, a roll and sandwich with condiments, carbohydrate rich dessert and fruit.

• On-site breakfast box for supporters (12.5 €/person)

The supporters will receive a festive box with bubbles, as well as a hot beverage (coffee or tea) to wake up with, a traditional Sunday pastry, a roll and sandwich with condiments.

• On-site breakfast box for kids (6 €/child)

Our smallest visitors will receive a box with pastry, fruit and chocolate milk.

All proceeds of these breakfast boxes go to our charities, Sportaround, Run4Brain, Kankerfonds UZ Gent and CRIG.

Kids below 12 years old can take part for free in our Kids Run. The series are classified by age. Toddlers run the 200 meter, for 6-8 year olds there is the 600 meter, 9-12 year olds run a kilometer. Select "Kidsrun" in the registration form.
